Gabriel is our Lead Account Executive at IWS Group, Gabriel is a versatile executive and client advocate with 12+ years' experience in the staffing industry. Gabriel truly enjoys making connections and applies his expertise to identify ideal job matches through direct sourcing, cold calling, networking, social media, in-house databases, major career boards, and niche sites. Gabriel's unique and wide-ranging skill set has enabled him to successfully contribute to all his client needs and has been able to help employment recruiting run smoothly on all aspects. Gabriel is known as a team player who always goes "above and beyond" to get the job done, Gabriel also takes on roles outside of his normal job duties and often provides support to other departments.

Claudia Robaina is our Human Resource Executive with more than 5 years of experience working within the Staffing Industry. Claudia has expertise in A/P, A/R, Talent Retention, and Candidate Processing. She is extremely passionate about her role with IWS Group and uses her knowledge to building strategies and initiatives focused on solving business and people challenges. Claudia is a branch to the Operations team and helps with operational efficiencies and implements new programs to increase sales revenue.

Ariel Rodriguez has 10 years of experience in the staffing industry, Ariel brings a well-rounded background in recruiting, business development, and client relationship management. He has successfully staffed roles across industrial, pharmaceutical, clerical, and managerial sectors, helping companies grow in their respective vertical market. Ariel also has experience developing business, helping clients understand the value of partnering with a third-party staffing firm. He focus extensively on showing companies how outsourcing recruitment can save them time, reduce hiring stress, and allow their teams to focus on core business priorities-all while ensuring quality candidates are placed quickly and efficiently.
