Ana Encarnacion is the CEO of Intelligent Workforce Solutions, a company built on purpose, resilience, and opportunity. Born and raised in the Dominican Republic, Ana began her professional journey in healthcare, earning her Nursing degree from the Autonomous University of Santo Domingo (UASD). At the age of 28, she immigrated to the United States, where she spent years working in the light industrial industry. Through firsthand experience, she recognized the need for better-paying opportunities and stronger workforce support for underserved communities. Driven by compassion and determination, Ana transitioned from employee to entrepreneur, building her own empire through love, hard work, and unwavering dedication. Today, Ana leads Intelligent Workforce Solutions with a mission to elevate lives through meaningful employment. She continues to expand her business nationally while growing her portfolio in franchising, leaving a lasting impact on the workforce industry and the communities she serves.

Gabriel is our Lead Account Executive at IWS Group, Gabriel is a versatile executive and client advocate with 12+ years' experience in the staffing industry. Gabriel truly enjoys making connections and applies his expertise to identify ideal job matches through direct sourcing, cold calling, networking, social media, in-house databases, major career boards, and niche sites. Gabriel's unique and wide-ranging skill set has enabled him to successfully contribute to all his client needs and has been able to help employment recruiting run smoothly on all aspects. Gabriel is known as a team player who always goes "above and beyond" to get the job done, Gabriel also takes on roles outside of his normal job duties and often provides support to other departments.
