Arlen is responsible for functions relating to IWS Group, property, technology, legal and risk management, Client support, research and innovation services, operational performance, business services, strategy planning and performance, governance and sustainability.

Jackie is the Vice President of Sales at IWS Group, with several years' experience in the industry; she has managed great relationships with national high end partners. With a background in B2B sales, She's built a natural ability to understand customer needs and consistently exceed yearly quotas. Jackie is known for her professional presentation, personable nature, and great character. Jackie works collaboratively with clients to achieve a common goal and has a unique ability to customize her approach to different personalities. Gabriel is our Lead Account Executive at IWS Group, Gabriel is a versatile executive and client advocate with 12+ years' experience in the staffing industry. Gabriel truly enjoys making connections and applies his expertise to identify ideal job matches through direct sourcing, cold calling, networking, social media, in-house databases, major career boards, and niche sites. Gabriel's unique and wide-ranging skill set has enabled him to successfully contribute to all his client needs and has been able to help employment recruiting run smoothly on all aspects. Gabriel is known as a team player who always goes "above and beyond" to get the job done, Gabriel also takes on roles outside of his normal job duties and often provides support to other departments.

Claudia Robaina is our Human Resource Executive with more than 5 years of experience working within the Staffing Industry. Claudia has expertise in A/P, A/R, Talent Retention, and Candidate Processing. She is extremely passionate about her role with IWS Group and uses her knowledge to building strategies and initiatives focused on solving business and people challenges. Claudia is a branch to the Operations team and helps with operational efficiencies and implements new programs to increase sales revenue.
